MDU has been an amazing partner for our business. They truly operate like an extension of our team and whenever we need something done, build out a new workflow, or try something different, the answer is always yes. They’re flexible, reliable, and always find a way to make things work seamlessly. Their support is also amazing there is always someone directly at the warehouse to talk to or call, you are not playing telephone with customer service ppl in another location. They are just genuinely good people doing reliable work. We have literally had ZERO issues with MDU and our customers are constantly surprised and impressed with how quickly things get fulfilled and shipped. A word of advice is to be careful when looking at these big fulfillment networks that over promise because they are basically middle men overcharging with complicated billing structures and no direct access to warehouse staff and customer support through a third party ticketing system where something that should take a minute to resolve will take weeks.
