Cold Chain 3PL

I worked with Cold Chain 3PL two years ago, and unfortunately, our experience was fraught with challenges from the outset. Our very first outbound shipments were mishandled, resulting in a logistical mess that should have been avoidable. While initial conversations about pricing seemed promising, the reality was far more opaque—I found myself needing to review each invoice line by line just to catch repeated overcharges. Ultimately, after considerable frustration and wasted time, we made the difficult but necessary decision to remove all of our product from their system and bring fulfillment in-house. It was the only way to protect both our margins and our sanity. For any business operating within tight budgets—which, let’s be honest, is most of us—I would advise approaching this partnership with extreme caution. Had we continued down that road, I’m not sure we’d still be in business today.
