Paul, the owner, is the absolute best! I’m a brand new business, so all of this can feel overwhelming, but he’s always ready to help. He responds super quickly and puts my mind at ease knowing I can call, text, or email him anytime. Being able to reach someone instantly when I need support means everything to me, and he truly delivers. He’s also flexible and genuinely supportive of small businesses, which I appreciate so much!

The team at ShiptQuick have done a great job since we started with them 2 years ago. They have been able to accommodate all of our unique needs and are always available when we need them. Orders go out on time and they have been able to save us about 20% on our annual shipping costs. I couldn’t recommend them enough to other brands who are looking to make a switch to a new 3PL. If you are a growing or scaling brand that wants a hands on, communicative partner you should definitely talk with ShiptQuick.
