We are a FTZ 3PL Warehousing and Fulfillment Company located in Miami offering a wide range of services from receiving, order fulfillment, labelling, storage, all the way to any shipping needs.
Worst 3PL I ever worked with in 4 years. When selling their services in July 2024, they promised a fulfillment and storage solution tailored to the needs of our e-commerce operation. A key requirement was seamless integration between our Order Management System (OMS) and their Warehouse Management System (WMS) -obviously. They assured us this process would take just seven days. Instead, after 2 to 3 months, they informed us they were changing their WMS to enable the integration, which would take another 4 to 6 weeks. After waiting four months and manually handling operations, we decided to leave. Only then did they casually mention they had stopped working on the integration weeks prior—but never informed us. This company is slow to respond to messages and consistently overpromises what they can deliver. It took 3 to 4 weeks for returned customer merchandise to confirm receipt. When we asked, they ignored us, and from time to time, I would have to call to follow up and get them to answer. On top of that, they moved to a new warehouse, left some of our inventory behind in their old facility, and we had to conduct a full recount of our stock. I wasn’t planning to leave a review, as I had already shared all my concerns directly with the business owners. However, despite admitting that I was right on every point when I requested to exit, they still charged me full price for the withdrawal process. It then took them over two weeks to prepare my inventory for pickup, citing a lack of space to work. And to top it all off, they dared to demand we pick up the goods quickly so they could free up their dispatch area. And lastly, when I received the merchandise at my new facility after the transfer, some inventory was missing, when asked, they washed their hands and avoided responsibility. These are just a few of the major issues we faced with Stockmatic. I’m sharing them in detail so that other businesses with similar operations can avoid the same frustration.
