Shipfusion has great and user friendly system, it is easy for you to locate the information you need, such as order, product, and billing detail etc. You have more control to the system where you can manually cancel or uncanceled an order , which most WMS system wouldn't provide you that access . When there is a request for report modification, Shipfusion is able to ask the IT team to edit the report that meets my needs. Warehousing cost is the highest among all the warehouses that we are working with and it is hard for us to negotiate the cost down. We are using Shipfusion's Carrier account for fulfillment and Shipfusion is not able to contact the carrier for any lost packages. which puts us at lost There are some operation process that we didn't align with Shipfusion and we proposed to have a change of operation. However it's up to Shipfusion to decide whether they proceed with the change or not. Which results in us putting the project in pause. Overall, I think that Shipfusion does have a good WMS that can support the warehouse operations. However, the administration support from Shipfusion is sometimes limited due to the restrain of their operation procedure.
